'Heavy Hearts': Quincy Restaurant To Close After 41 Years Serving Tex-Mex Cuisine The owners of a popular Quincy Tex-Mex restaurant say they are closing the doors after 41 years in business so they can spend more time with their family.  The owners of La Paloma said in a Facebook post that they will close for good on June 29. The restaurant is located at 195 Newport Ave. in Quincy.  It is with heavy hearts that we are announcing that La Paloma will be closing our doors for good on June 29.
