Police ID Driver Who Died After Crashing Car During Medical Event On I-95 A 57-year-old Massachusetts man was killed earlier this week when he was involved in a three-car crash on I-95 South in Foxboro, authorities said.  William Martindale, 57, of Attleboro, was killed around 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, from a crash just before Exit 23B, Massachusetts State Police said. Investigators believe Martindale suffered a medical event, which caused him to go over the median, veer back onto the road, and strike two other vehicles.  Paramedics rushed him to a nearby hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead. 1 Dead After Sedan Crashes Into Box Truck On I-95 In Mansfield One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash early Thursday morning, Feb. 13, on I-95 in Mansfield, authorities said.  The wreck was reported around 12:30 a.m. near mile marker 12 when a sedan slammed into the back of a box truck, Massachusetts State Police said.  A passenger in the sedan was killed in the crash. Their name has not been released.  Police closed the middle and right lanes of I-95 for hours as they cleaned and cleared the scene.  Massachusetts State Police are investigating the crash.
