'Funniest Person In World': 70-Year-Old Man Dies Near Wellesley College
A 70-year-old died while walking near Wellesley College on Wednesday morning, Dec. 27. Silas Logan was found unresponsive by officers who arrived at a slightly wooded area on Central Street near Weston Road shortly after 9 a.m., the Essex District Attorney’s Office told MassLive. A person who reported the incident was performing CPR when officers responded to the scene and took over lifesaving measures, Wellesley police said. Wellesley 5-Year-Old Seriously Injured By Riding Lawn Mower, Airlifted To Hospital
An incident involving a lawnmower sent a child to the hospital for emergency medical treatment, officials say. A 911 call reported that a 5-year-old boy suffered serious injuries to his right leg due to an accident involving a riding lawn mower on Friday, June 16 around 2:00 p.m. in the area of 28 South River Street in Wellesley, according to the Wellesley Police Department. Family Displaced After 2,800-Square-Foot Natick Home Goes Up In Flames (

One firefighter was hospitalized and five people were displaced after a 3-alarm fire ripped through a 2,800-square-foot home in Natick, authorities said. The fire broke out at 11A Union Street around 11:35 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 9, Natick Fire said in a release posted to Facebook. The 2,854-square-foot home has six bedrooms, according to Zillow. Natick Fire Department along with mutual aid companies battled a 3rd alarm fire in a large single family home in the area of Westview Ave and Union Street. Crews faced heavy fire on the second floor and attic. Fire has since been knocked down.…
