Driver Killed In Weymouth Crash ID'd Police have identified a 60-year-old as the man who was killed in a crash on Thursday evening, March 22.  Patrick Mulligan, of Weymouth, was pronounced dead at South Shore Hospital following the crash on Route 3 around 6:30 p.m., State Police said.  Police said Mulligan was behind the wheel of a 2008 Altima that rolled over after it struck a GMC pickup truck, troopers said. Man, 41, Killed In Multi-Car Crash In Weymouth A three-car crash early Thursday morning, Sept. 29, in Norfolk County claimed the life of a 41-year-old man, authorities said.  The crash happened just after 5 a.m. on Route 3 near Exit 38B in Weymouth, Massachusetts State Police said.  A 2014 Mazda CX5, a 2016 Smart Fortwo, and a 2011 Chevrolet Trailblazer were all involved. Paramedics rushed the 40-year-old driver of the Mazda to South Shore Hospital, where he later died.  Police are withholding his name until authorities can notify his next of kin.  State police are investigating the incident.
