71-Year-Old Pedestrian Seriously Injured In Chelmsford Crash: Police A 71-year-old Maine man was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 6, after he was hit while crossing Maple Road in Chelmsford, authorities said.  Witnesses said the man was crossing the street near Byam Elementary School around 4:30 p.m. when a Toyota minivan smashed into him, officials said. The 60-year-old Chelmsford woman behind the wheel remained on the scene and was cooperating with investigators. 2 Seriously Injured In Webster Car Wreck, Police Ask Drivers To Stay Away (Developing) Police and firefighters were on the scene of a crash in Webster Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 25, where two people were seriously injured.  Webster police tweeted that the wreck happened along Cudworth Road, and responders took two people to the hospital. Police ask drivers to avoid Cudworth Road for the time being as they clean up and investigate the scene.  Police Fire and EMS are on scene at Cudworth Road investigating a serious motor vehicle accident.
