Ex-Framingham Pastor Charged With Raping, Sexually Assaulting Teenager: DA A grand jury indicted an 89-year-old former Framingham pastor this week and charged him with raping and sexually assaulting a young boy several years ago, authorities said.  Francis Strahan is charged with one count of rape of a child by force and three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, the Middlesex District Attorney's Office said.
