Quincy Man's Body Dumped From Car Into Alley In Washington, DC: Reports The body of a Quincy man was found in a Washington, DC, alley last week, and police are searching for answers, reports said.  Alan Chi Chen, 41, was found early Thursday morning, Nov. 30, in the 100 block of W St., Fox 5 DC reported.  The report said Chen's body was dumped out of a Porsche just after 11:15 p.m. the night before.
