30 Stab Wounds: Man Indicted With Killing Stoughton Woman Last Year: DA A grand jury in Norfolk County indicted a man on Wednesday, Feb. 22, accused of stabbing a Stoughton mom to death in December.  Victor Carter, 40, has been held without bail since his arrest in January, the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office said. Arrest Made In Connection With 40-Year-Old Stoughton Mother's Murder: DA An arrest has been made in connection with the murder of a 40-year-old mother from Stoughton, officials said.  Victor Carter, age 39, was arrested in connection with the murder of Amber Buckner on Saturday, Dec. 17, Norfolk County District Attorney Michael Morrissey announced.  Carter, who has recent addresses in Stoughton and Brockton, was arrested at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City. Police ID Body Of Woman Found Dead With 'Significant Injuries' In Stoughton: DA (Updated) The body of a 40-year-old woman found in an outbuilding in Stoughton is being treated as a homicide, the North County District Attorney announced.  Stoughton officers found the body of Amber Buckner, a Stoughton resident, at an outbuilding at 743 Park Street near 5th Street Tuesday morning, Dec. 13, authorities said.  Buckner had "significant injuries," prosecutor Michael Morrissey said during a press conference. He didn't go into any details about them.  Stoughton authorities said they do not believe there is an active threat to the community despite no one being arrested in this case.  …
