Teen Pulled From Walden Pond The body of a teenager pulled from Walden Pond on Tuesday morning, July 30, is believed to belong to a 17-year-old who went missing last week, authorities said.  Brian Lopez, of Lynn, who was a rising senior at Lynn Classical High School, was reported missing on Friday. Everett Woman's Death Caused By Medical Procedure Performed At Somerville House: DA A 35-year-old Everett woman died last week after having a liposuction procedure conducted at a home in Somerville, authorities said. A second woman was hospitalized after having the same procedure there.  Police were called to the 35-year-old's Bucknam Street home on Friday, May 10, to reports of a person in medical distress. Paramedics rushed her to CHA Everett, where she was pronounced dead, the Middlesex District Attorney said. Anthony Junior Lopez ID'd As Body Found In Framingham Police have identified the body of a man found dead behind a Framingham restaurant over the weekend  Anthony Junior Lopez was found behind Hot Table, where he worked.  The Office of Chief Medical Examiner is conducting an autopsy to determine what caused his death.  Investigators ask anyone who saw something unusual near the 1 Worcester Road restaurant on Saturday night to contact investigators at 508-532-5923. Framingham police, State Police, and the Middlesex District Attorney's Office are investigating the incident.

Western Mass Plane Crash Victims ID'd; Student Pilot, Flight Instructor Among Dead Investigators have identified the three people killed in a Sunday, Jan. 14, plane crash in Franklin County as a student pilot, his instructor, and the owner of a flight school.  They are:  William Hampton, age 68, of Indian Orchard Chad Davidson, age 29, of Woodstock, Connecticut Fredrika Ballard, age 53, of Southwick Ballard owned Fly Lugu Flight School and Hampton was an instructor. Teen Killed In Fiery Single-Car Crash In Hopkinton A 19-year-old girl died Tuesday, Jan. 2, when her car burst into flames after she crashed into a northbound median on I-495 in Middlesex County, authorities said.  The girl, whose name was not released pending family notification, wrecked her Nissan Altima near mile marker 55.2 in Hopkinton just after 1 p.m., Massachusetts State Police said.
