56-Year-Old ID'd As Victim Hit, Killed In Randolph Crash
A 56-year-old Massachusetts man has been identified as the victim of a fatal pedestrian accident that occurred Sunday night, Nov. 12, on North Main Street (Route 28) in Randolph. Alexander Archie, of Brockton, was struck by a 2019 Toyota 4Runner around 10:30 p.m. near Gordon Street, according to Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey. Paramedics took Archie to Milton Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after 11 p.m. The SUV driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. Hyde Park Homicides Linked, Identities Released For Shooting Victims: Police
While police were responding to a report of a man suffering from a gunshot wound, another man walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound of his own. Officials say the two incidents are likely related. Joshua Marshall, of Stoughton, was found suffering from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle in the area of 36 Dedham Street in Hyde Park around 9:35 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, according to the Boston Police Department. Randolph Teacher Sent To Hospital After Drinking 'Unknown Substance' In Coffee
An investigation has been launched after an elementary school teacher was brought to the hospital after drinking an "unknown substance" in their coffee this week. The teacher at Donovan Elementary School in Randolph was taken to Milton Hospital around 12:35 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 7, according to a letter from Principal Beth Gannon. Gannon said the decision to transport the teacher was made "out of the abundance of caution" for their health after consulting with the school district. The teacher's condition was not known.
