The man was hit by the train while on the tracks between Back Bay and Landsdowne Station around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12, MBTA Transit Police tell Daily Voice. Initial investigation suggests the man was living in an area shelter and was from out of state. No other information was released.

An individual approached officers about a woman who was harassing another commuter, who she also spit on, at South Station around 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 14, MBTA Transit Police said.  Officers later learned that the woman, later identified as Pia Weber, was wanted for assaulting a police officer in Hudson County, N.J.
