Search For Fugitive Northeast Killer Now 'Nationwide' Manhunt, Police Say Danelo Cavalcante has somehow slipped by the hundreds of law enforcement officers in Pennsylvania and neighboring states searching for him in the Longwood Gardens, and though authorities believe he is still in Pennsylvania, they are now describing the search as a "nationwide" manhunt.  The 34-year-old fugitive killer was captured on home surveillance footage on the porch of a residence in northern Chester County near Phoenixville, sometime late Saturday, Sept. 9, Pennsylvania State Police said. (Updated) Agents Arrest 2 After Raiding Woburn Restaurants In Human Trafficking Probe: Feds Homeland Security investigators arrested a father and son and charged them with running a human trafficking ring at two downtown Woburn restaurants.  Jesse Moraes, 64, and Hugo Moraes, 42, who ran the Dog House Bar and Grill and Tudo Na Brazil on Main Street, are accused of bringing people into the country and forcing them to work at their restaurants, the US Attorney General for Massachusetts said. They face several immigration violations.  Investigators said Chelbe Moraes, who lives in Brazil, would smuggle people to the United States for a fee of $18,000 to $22,000 a person. They were s…
