Police Ask For Help In I-95 Fatal Shooting That Killed 37-Year-Old Man Massachusetts State Police are asking for anyone who may have dashcam or video footage taken Saturday night, Feb. 3, when a man was shot inside his car on I-95 in Foxborough to share it with troopers.  Justin R. Parker, 37, of North Attleboro, was shot multiple times along the southbound lanes of the interstate just before 10 p.m. His Mercedes swerved into a neighboring lane and struck a Lexus SUV, sending it into the woods. Driver Killed In Fiery Foxborough Crash ID'd As 24-Year-Old Mansfield Woman Police have identified the 24-year-old Mansfield woman who was killed Tuesday, Sept. 5, on I-495 in Foxborough.  Elizabeth Peter was driving a 2018 Ford Escape that crashed with a 2012 Hyundai Tucson driven by a 30-year-old man from North Easton, Massachusetts State Police said.  Paramedics rushed Peter to Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, where doctors pronounced her dead. (Update) Fatal Hit-Run: 1 Dead, 3 Hurt In Multi-Car Crash On I-95 Police have identified the 44-year-old man who died Friday, July 28, in a multi-car hit-and-run crash in Essex County. One of the men in the car that caused the mayhem is still on the run, authorities said.  Valkisergio Costa Silva, 44, of Centerville on Cape Cod, died just after 4:15 p.m. when he was ejected from a Chevrolet Express van traveling southbound on I-95 in Topsfield near Exit 79, Massachusetts State Police said.
