Hyundai Driver Dies In 2-Car Crash In North Reading: Police
One person was killed in a two-car crash in North Reading this week, authorities said. Police and fire responded to the crash at Park and Central Street around 1:40 p.m. on Friday, March 3, North Reading Police Chief Michael Murphy reports. Upon arrival, officers found a collision between a Ford F-150 and Hyundai Elantra. The driver of the Elantra was taken to a Burlington hospital where they later died, Murphy said. The driver of the Ford was also taken to the hospital for treatment, Murphy added. The crash remains under investigation.

A dramatic road rage incident culminated with a woman and teen duo stabbing another driver with scissors and kicking her in the head, officials say. State troopers responded to a report of an assault after a road rage incident on Quincy Shore Drive at Bay State Road on Saturday, Jan. 7, around 4:45 p.m. according to Massachusetts State Police. Burlington Police Seeking Car And Driver That Struck Police Officer
The Burlington Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a vehicle and driver that recently struck a police officer. The officer was struck by they car while working a construction detail in the area of 26 Beacon Street shortly after 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 14, police said. The car disregarded the officer's command to stop and instead struck him while driving through the construction site, police said. The car did not stop and continued traveling north toward Woburn.
