Woman Found Dead On South Boston Beach ID'd By Police; Investigators Narrow Cause of Death A woman whose body was found on Carson Beach in South Boston Monday morning, Oct. 16, has been identified as a 29-year-old woman.  Megan Anderson, whose last permanent address was in Las Vegas, was found on the beach near Day Boulevard just before 7 a.m., Massachusetts State Police said. She may have been homeless.  A preliminary examination showed no indication of trauma on her body, police said. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will release the cause of death.

Body Found In Wooded Area Off I-95 South In Greater Boston Area: Police Authorities are investigating after the body of a dead person was found off a major highway in the Greater Boston Area this week. The body was found in a wooded area next to I-95 South in Weston around 10:23 a.m. on Friday, March 21, Massachusetts State Police report.  The area in which the body was found is believed to have been a past homelessness encampment, State Police added. Efforts to recover the body caused the right lane and shoulder of the highway to be closed. The investigation is ongoing. No other information was released.

Wakefield Police are trying to find a man who went missing from a Wakefield group home more than two weeks ago.
