Driver Killed In Weymouth Crash ID'd Police have identified a 60-year-old as the man who was killed in a crash on Thursday evening, March 22.  Patrick Mulligan, of Weymouth, was pronounced dead at South Shore Hospital following the crash on Route 3 around 6:30 p.m., State Police said.  Police said Mulligan was behind the wheel of a 2008 Altima that rolled over after it struck a GMC pickup truck, troopers said. Evidence, including a dash-cam video, shows that the driver of the tanker wasn't responsible for causing the crash, the Massachusetts State Police said in its latest update.
