A 39-year-old ex-FedEx driver stole several packages he knew had guns inside and sold them, but what he didn't know was the buyer was an undercover officer, federal authorities said. Frank P. O’Toole of Middlesborough was indicted recently on two counts of possession or sale of a stolen firearm after police arrested him on Aug. 12, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
