Loved Ones Feel 'Sick' After 32-Year-Old Was Killed At Quincy Apartment Complex Tributes are pouring in for a 32-year-old Quincy homicide victim who loved ones say helped mold others into the people they are today. Jordan Wiggins was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the area of a stairwell at the Elevation Apartments in the overnight hours of Thursday, Aug. 18, according to Quincy Police.  Wiggins was taken to local hospital where he later died. Those who knew Wiggins best were emotionally distraught when they heard about his death.
