(Update) Gunman On Loose: Police Urge Lynn Residents To Shelter In Place A man accused of a shooting in Lynn just after 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 13, is on the loose, and police are asking residents to stay indoors until he is caught.  Related: Police Arrest Man Wanted In Shooting Near Lynn Vocational Tech The shooting happened in the area of Commercial and Neptune Streets near Lynn Vocational Technical Institute. The gunman ran away before Lynn police could arrest him.  Investigators ask anyone who sees the man, knows who he is, or sees anything suspicious to call 911 immediately.
