Man's Body Found In Mass Wastewater Treatment Plant Workers at a Brockton wastewater treatment facility found the body of a man floating in the water Friday morning, May 24, authorities said.  The workers called 911 around 8:15 a.m. when they found the man at the 303 Oak Hill Way plant, the Plymouth District Attorney's Office said. Students Stabbed: 3 Arrested In Linked Brockton Attacks, Police Say Two high schoolers were stabbed in the first of two linked incidents of assault, officials say.
