'You Will Never Be Forgotten': Friends Of Lynn Man Killed In Rock Crusher Accident Say Goodbye The loved ones of a 37-year-old Lynn man killed in a freak accident in Essex County on Monday, July 17, said he was a hard-working businessman and caring friend.  Chris Perry died while cleaning a malfunctioning rock crusher suspended above a quarry at the Aggregate Industries facility at 30 Danvers Road in Swampscott, the Essex County District Attorney said. Another worker also working in the machine escaped without injury.  Chris was the owner and operator of C.G.P.
