Murder Conviction: Gold Chain Helps Land 'Career Criminal' In Prison For Life: DA A 34-year-old Middlesex County man convicted this summer of gunning down a man in a parking lot in 2017 was given a life sentence this week, authorities said.  Tony Dyshaun Harris, of Everett, was found guilty of murder, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without a license, and carrying a loaded firearm without a license on June 6, the Middlesex District Attorney said on Thursday, Aug. 17.
