Medford Family Who 'Lost Everything' In 2-Alarm Labor Day Fire Looking To Rebuild A woman is trying to raise enough money to help her family who lost everything after their Medford home was destroyed by a 2-alarm fire that happened on Labor Day. Christine Pefine said her dad, sister, sister's boyfriend, brother and nephew were displaced after the fire destroyed their home at 129 Forest Street on Monday, Sept. 5.  "They lost literally everything and the home is a total loss," Pefine wrote in a GoFundMe organized on their behalf.
