Massachusetts police are attempting to unravel the chaotic case of a man who is believed to have shot and killed someone in Worcester before he walked onto I-190, pointed his gun at terrified drivers, and then killed himself when officers had him cornered, authorities said. Authorities have identified the 15-year-old girl who was found shot multiple times inside an apartment in Lowell. Ahliana Dickey was shot and killed on Friday, June 14, by a family member, the Middlesex District Attorney's Office said.
