Newly Minted Millionaire: $1M Ticket Sold In Feeding Hills A $50 lottery ticket paid off 20,000 fold to one lucky Bay Stater when they won a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery. The winner created a trust called the Feeding Hills Trust of Quincy to collect the prize and protect their identity.  The winning scratch-off ticket was from the "Billion Dollar Extravaganza" game.
