The three franchisees were cited for violating child labor laws at more than 88 locations, Attorney General Andrea Campbell said in a news release on Tuesday, April 15. Teen Accused Of Fatal Shooting At Lynn Grocery Store Caught In Dominican Republic: DA A teenager accused of fatally shooting a 17-year-old at a Market Basket parking lot in Lynn last month and fled the country has been caught and will be returned to Massachusetts to face charges, authorities announced.  Adrian Pena, 18, was arrested in the Dominican Republic on July 16 and has been extradited to Miami on a fugitive from justice warrant, the Essex County District Attorney's Office said on Tuesday, July 23.  Pena is accused of shooting Kai Burgos, 17, of Saugus, in the parking lot of a Market Basket at 40 Federal Street on June 15, the prosecutor said.  Lynn po…

Lucky For Life Jackpot: Trust Claims 2 Lifetime Payday Winners A Saugus trust has claimed two Lucky For Life winners from the same drawing, which each pay out $25,000 a year for life. The Maufran Trust of Saugus collected the prizes from the May 5 drawing on Thursday, May 23.  Both winners chose to take the one-time payout of $390,000 (before taxes).  Both winning tickets were bought at M&M Liquors at 619 Broadway in Malden. The store will receive two $5,000 bonuses for the sales.  The multi-state Lucky for Life drawings are held seven nights a week.
