New Update: Approaching Significant Storm Has Thanksgiving Travelers On Alert
A significant storm system is approaching the East Coast with precipitation expected to start overnight and continue through the day on Thanksgiving, potentially disrupting travel plans with rain, sleet, and snow.
The storm developing Wednesday night, Nov. 27 in the Tennessee Valley will move directly over the region Thanksgiving morning on Thursday, Nov. 28, according to the National Weather Service.
