Man Killed In Lowell Temple Shooting ID'd; Police Make Bust A 38-year-old New Hampshire man is accused of killing a man and wounding another and a woman in a shooting in the parking lot of a Hindu temple in Lowell last week, authorities said.  Paul Garcia, of Dover, is charged with armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery by discharge of a firearm, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm, the Middlesex District Attorney said.
