Starting on Friday, June 14, and lasting through Sunday, June 16, national fast-food chain Wendy’s is offering up a buy-one-get-one Baconator deal for Father’s Day.
The deal applies to all four types of Baconators — including the Baconator, Son of Baconator, Pretzel Baconator, and Breakfast Baconator — and is an in-app-only promotion, meaning customers will need to sign up for free, according to People Magazine.

E. Coli Outbreak Linked To Wendy's Grows, CDC Says
A multi-state E. coli outbreak linked to romaine lettuce in sandwiches at Wendy's has grown, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
There have now been 55 more reported infections in the outbreak, bringing the total number of cases to 84, and hospitalizations to 34, the CDC announced Thursday, Aug. 25.
In its initial report on the outbreak, about three dozen people were sickened, with 10 hospitalized, in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.

Moms Accused Of Instigating, Adding Weapons To Traffic-Stopping Teen Brawl
Two mothers are being accused of instigating and bringing weapons to a 15-person, traffic-stopping juvenile melee on Friday.
Their chosen weapons were scissors and what appeared to be a hammer.
On Friday, Jan. 15, police arrested Brenda Ortiz, 29, and Brenda Rosario, 47, both of Worcester. They were each charged with mayhem, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (aggravated, serious bodily injury), and reckless endangerment of a child, Worcester Police said. Rosario was also charged with an outstanding warrant, police said.

Update: 18-Year-Old Boy Charged With Murdering 17-Year-Old
Police are charging an 18-year-old boy with murder for the killing of a 17-year-old boy earlier this year.
On Friday, Nov. 20, police arrested Messiah Amankwah, 18, of Worcester and charged with murder in the shooting death of a boy in October, police said.
*A second man has been charged in connection to the killing. On Saturday, Nov. 21, police arrested Lopez Carrasco, 23, of Spencer, and charged him with accessory after the fact to murder, police said.
