Potential New Tropical Storm May Form In Same Area That Launched Helene, Milton
The same area that launched two major hurricanes in a two-week span could be the breeding ground for a potential new tropical system. "We expect another gyre to get going over Central America later next week," said AccuWeather Lead Hurricane Expert Alex DaSilva, "From this large, slowly spinning area of low pressure, a more distinct area of showers and thunderstorms may form, and from that, a tropical depression or tropical storm may evolve." Peak Fall Colors: Ideal Foliage Leaf-Peeping Weather To Arrive
Optimal weather for fall foliage viewing in will soon arrive as the colors hit their peak, according to the National Weather Service. On Saturday, Oct. 29 and Sunday, Oct. 30, high pressure will provide ideal conditions for leaf-peeping, with sunny skies and highs in the upper 50s, officials from the National Weather Service in New York said. "Many areas have now moved into peak fall colors, with other areas getting close to it. Be sure to catch the colors before they fade!" officials said.

New Round Of Scattered Thunderstorms Will Sweep Through Region
The arrival of an unsettled weather pattern will bring widespread showers and scattered thunderstorms to the region. Saturday, June 11 will start off with a mix of clouds and sun, according to the National Weather Service. Clouds will then thicken and isolated showers will be possible in the afternoon and evening. The chances have increased for a potentially major snowstorm that will end the month of January and usher in February, bringing a half-foot or more of accumulation. The storm moving west to east is expected to arrive on Sunday, Jan. 31, and linger into Tuesday, Feb. 2. (See the first image above.)
