Arson investigators busted two teenagers who they say are responsible for setting multiple fires in Hampden and Worcester counties using explosives.
Nathan Asselin, 19, of Sturbridge, and Camron Lamarche, 19, of Southbridge, are charged with four counts of possession of a destructive device, placing an explosive device, vandalism, and other offenses, the State Fire Marshal said.

Police have identified the two people killed in a motorcycle versus car crash in Worcester County on Thursday morning, Sept. 7, that closed a road for several hours.
The crash happened on Route 20 (Southbridge Street) in Charlton around 11 a.m. when a 2008 motorcycle hit a 2015 Subaru Legacy as it turned onto the road, the Worcester District Attorney's Office said.
Joseph Tomlin Jr., 25, of Sturbridge, was identified as the man driving the motorcycle.

The downpour that soaked the region on Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 29-30, deposited 1.5-2 inches of rain, but still, much of southern Massachusetts is experiencing extreme drought.
According to state data released Thursday, Oct.1, nearly 30 percent of the state is experiencing “extreme” drought - the second highest degree of drought tracked by the state. The worst degree of drought is “exceptional.”
