Springfield Police Investigating Fatal Early Morning Stabbing; 1 Arrested
Authorities said that detectives are investigating the fatal stabbing of a man at an apartment in Springfield early Monday morning. Springfield police responded to the home just after 5 a.m. on Monday and found the man bleeding out, said Ryan Walsh, the department's spokesperson. Investigators rushed him to Baystate Medical Center, but he did not survive. Investigators have not released the man's name, but they arrested the person they say is responsible. Police in Connecticut are asking the public for help identifying three vehicles in an alleged stabbing attack of a man in a plaza shopping lot. The incident took place in Litchfield County around 5:25 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 29 in Woodbury at the Woodbury Green South Plaza at 787 Main Street South. The violent attack happened at around 10:45 a.m. Friday, Aug. 12, as Rushdie was about to begin lecturing at the Chautauqua Institution in Chautauqua, located about 70 miles south of Buffalo. Man Charged With Female Roommate's Stabbing Death In Western Mass
A man from Western Massachusetts has been charged in connection with the stabbing death of his roommate, the Northwest District Attorney's Office said. Hampshire County resident Devin Bryden, age 24, was arrested after police found his 21-year-old female roommate stabbed to death at their apartment on Hatfield Street in Northampton on Sunday, July 10, the DA's Office said.
