Mass-Native George Stephanopoulos Caught On Hot Mic Saying Biden Can't Serve For 4 More Years ABC News' George Stephanopoulos was caught in a candid moment on a New York street this week saying he doesn't believe Biden can serve another term as president.  A fan asked The "Good Morning America" anchor on the streets of New York on Tuesday, July 9, if Biden was fit to remain as commander-in-chief or if the president should step aside for a younger candidate.  "Do you think Biden should step down?
