Movie Theaters Offering Tickets For As Low As $1 This Summer Parents looking for a fun way to get out of the house with the kids this summer and not break the bank may be able to turn to their local movie theater for a solution. Regal Cinemas announced that it will be reopening its U.S. theaters as of Friday, April 2, with certain COVID-19 restrictions in place to ensure that patrons and employees remain safe.
