Seen Him? Police Issue Alert For Missing Western Mass Man An alert has been issued by police investigators in Western Massachusetts for a man who has been missing for weeks. The Agawam Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Todd Polacco, who has been missing since April and hasn’t been seen or heard from since the end of April or the beginning of May this year. Police said that Polacco, age 54, lived alone in an apartment in Agawam and was not employed when he went missing.
