Orange County resident Thomas Webster, age 56, of the village of Florida, was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison Thursday, Sept. 1, after a jury convicted him of assaulting a Washington, DC police officer with a deadly weapon. CT Cop Faces DUI, Reckless Driving Charges After Fellow Officer Is Killed In Crash A Connecticut police officer has been accused of driving drunk in a crash that killed a fellow officer.  New Haven Police Department Officer Robert Ferraro, age 34, is facing charges of driving under the influence resulting in death and reckless driving resulting in death or substantial bodily harm in the Las Vegas crash, The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. The officer who died in the crash was Joshua Castellano, a seven-year member of the New Haven PD.
