Mugshot Released: Suspected NJ Drunk Driver Who Killed NHL Star, Brother
The mugshot was released for the Woodstown man accused of driving drunk, killing an NHL star and his brother. The Salem County Correctional Facility released the mugshot of 43-year-old Sean Higgins to Newsweek. Higgins was charged with two counts of death by auto in the Thursday, Aug. 29 crash that killed Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau. Johnny, 31, played for the Columbus Blue Jackets and the Calgary Flames. A woman was struck and killed by a train Wednesday morning, June 5, in Berkshire County, authorities said. Lynn Stanley, 41, of North Adams was hit in the area of American Legion Drive in North Adams, the Berkshire County District Attorney said. Friends, Family Remember Connecticut Couple Killed In Hit-Run Crash
The man and woman from Connecticut killed in an alleged hit-and-run crash in Pennsylvania over the weekend have been identified as a husband and wife. Windham County residents Richard and Rebecca Whiddon, ages 37 and 33, both of the town of Brooklyn, were passengers in a Nissan that was struck in Bucks County near the corner of Veterans Highway and Ford Road in Bristol Township on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 24, Both were pronounced dead at the scene, officials said. 'Loved By So Many': Friends Remember Oxford Man Killed In CT Dirt Bike Crash
Authorities have identified the 22-year-old Oxford, Massachusetts, man who died after crashing his dirt bike at Quaddick State Forest in Connecticut just days before Christmas. Steven Zografos was riding in in Windham County, in the town of Thompson, on Saturday, Dec. 23, when he crashed with another dirt bike rider just before 4 p.m., NBC Connecticut reported. A number of stones laid out in what appears to be a memorial were found on the forest floor in the area where authorities were searching for Gabby Petito.
