Central Mass Man Nearly Killed In Worcester Motorcycle Wreck
A 24-year-old Worcester County man was nearly killed last week after he crashed his motorcycle in Worcetser, authorities said. The 24-year-old Millbury man wrecked on Blithewood Avenue near Oakwood Lane just after 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 11, Worcester police. Investigators believe he lost control of the bike, hit the curb, and then careened into two poles. A nurse happened to be nearby and gave him life-saving help until paramedics arrived. They rushed him to an area hospital, where he is being treated for serious life-threatening injuries.

Multi-Vehicle CT Crash Leaves One Dead, One With Life-Threatening Injuries
A four-vehicle crash in Connecticut left one person dead and another with life-threatening injuries. The crash took place around 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 14 in Hartford County on West Center Street in Manchester, police said. According to Lt. Ryan Shea of the Manchester Police, responding officers found a four-car crash that left several vehicles heavily damaged and resulted in significant life-threatening injuries to several involved people.
