Police believe the 35-year-old woman who was found dead at a North Andover home this week fatally stabbed her 9-month-old son before turning the knife on herself. Jennifer T. Paez and her son Valentino Paez were found on Monday, Aug. 19, at the Turnpike Street home just after 5:15 p.m., the Essex County District Attorney's Office said. A 62-year-old Connecticut man was killed when his car veered off a roadway and hit a guardrail in Massachusetts. The Essex County crash happened in the city of Haverhill on Friday, Dec. 1. Hartford County resident David Ziembko, of New Britain, was driving southbound on I-495 shortly before 3 p.m. when his 2017 Honda CRV went off the road near the Route 97 overpass and through the grass median, Massachusetts State Police said. A 1-year-old girl who was critically injured in an Andover crash on Friday, Nov. 24, has died, police announced on Monday. The crash happened just after 3:30 a.m. when a 2017 Toyota Camry lost control on I-495, careened through the median, and hit a tree, Massachusetts State Police said. State police are investigating multiple fatal crashes that happened over the weekend in eastern Massachusetts. Damiah Bosden-Wigfall, 26, died in a fiery crash on Friday, July 23, just after 2 a.m. in Avon, when her 2015 Hyundai slammed into a dump truck and burst into flames, Massachusetts State Police said. Quincy Man Fatally Shot Himself During Hours-Long Police Standoff In Andover
A man from Quincy fatally shot himself during a late-night standoff with police in Andover, authorities said. Anthony Miele, age 49, was wanted in connection with multiple bank robberies in southeastern Massachusetts, according to Massachusetts State Police. A Be On The Look Out (BOLO) alert was issued for Miele as a result.
