It pays to help your wives, fellas. At least that's what one Worcester County man found out when he picked up a lottery ticket while running an errand for his wife and won $1 million. Joshua Chunis, of Milford, landed the seven-figure win playing the “$10,000,000 Lucky Bucks” $20 scratch-off game. He bought the ticket when he stopped to get gas in his wife's car. One Boston resident is counting his blessings – and his money – after narrowly missing the deadline to claim his $100,000 lottery prize, officials said. John Butler, of West Roxbury, said he bought his winning ticket and several others before going to Florida last year, the Massachusetts State Lottery reports. CT Business Owner Accused Of Failing To Refund Payment
The owner of a Connecticut pool company has been arrested for allegedly failing to refund money for a home improvement within 10 days. Windham County resident Brian Roy, age 40, the owner of Roy's Pools of Canterbury, was arrested on Monday, Jan. 24 after turning himself in to state police on a warrant.
