Worcester Teen Indicted On Murder Charge In Shooting That Caused Car To Crash Into Home: DA
A Worcester teen accused in a deadly shooting that led to a car crash into a house has been indicted for murder, authorities said. Kayden M. Keane Hoffler, 17, was indicted by a Worcester County Grand Jury on Dec. 20, in the death of 19-year-old Eathan Renteria. Hoffler faces a single count of murder in connection with the April 30 shooting, the Worcester County District Attorney's Office said. Driver Faces Charges After Officers In Region Witness Passengers Riding On Top Of Car
A man who was arrested on weapons offenses in Western Massachusetts earlier this year is facing new charges after becoming combative with officers attempting to interview him after he was caught driving with a friend riding on the hood of a car. Five Violent Fugitives Added To Most Wanted List By Massachusetts State Police
Five new violent fugitives who are on the run have been added to the Massachusetts State Police’s Most Wanted list. They are Alexander Keen Grant (statutory rape), Mario Garcia (murder), Marvin Veiga, Jr. (murder), Wesly Jordan Alcin (armed assault to murder, home invasion, weapons charge), and Jeffrey Cancel-Muniz (aggravated rape, kidnapping, strangulation).
