Hartford County resident Luis Ciuro, age 37, of East Hartford, was sentenced to 15 years behind bars Wednesday, Aug. 10, in federal court in Bridgeport. Inside, officers found 1300 grams of fentanyl and 700 pills believed to be fentanyl, police said.  Officials charged Mateo with trafficking more than 200 grams of fentanyl, police said.
