Officers responded to a report of a woman who had been assaulted in her home off Route 20 in West Springfield around 3:45 a.m. on Sunday, March 26, West Springfield Police report.  Upon arrival, police found the woman at a neighbor's house suffering from multiple injuries to her head, neck and upper body.
