Irwin Alleyne, age 86, of East Hartford, was reported missing from his residence on Sunday, Aug. 7 around noon. Alleyne is described as being a Black male, 5-foot-4, 145 pounds, bald, with a small beard, said the East Hartford Police. The Saugus Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a missing senior with dementia who may have taken a cab from his home.  Thai Tran, age 78, was last seen near his home in the area of Eastern Avenue shortly before 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, police said.  Authorities believe Tran may have travelled to Revere then took a cab to Somerville. Covid-19: About One-Third Of Virus Survivors Have Longer-Term Mental Health Issues, Study Says While the physical effects of COVID-19 may wear off for those unfortunate enough to contract the virus, more than a third of survivors are reporting long-term mental health concerns, according to a new study. A study published in the Lancet Psychiatry journal on Tuesday, April 6 found that 34 percent of COVID-19 survivors received a diagnosis for a neurological or psychological condition within six months of their infection.
