Teen Hit, Killed By Tractor-Trailer Walking Along I-91 In Western Mass Police are investigating after a tractor-trailer hit and killed a 19-year-old man on Monday, July 29, in Hampshire County.  The teenager was walking on I-91 in Northampton near the southbound on-ramp of Damon Road/Bridge Street rotary just before 10 p.m. when he was struck, the Northwestern District Attorney's Office said.  The man died at the scene. 30-Year-Old Man Dies After Falling From Bridge In Central Mass, Police Say A 30-year-old man has died after falling off the Burns Bridge in Shrewsbury, authorities said. An off-duty officer, who was on a boat in Lake Quinsigamond, called police about a male in the water near Belmont Street around 3:50 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, Shrewsbury Police said.  Rescue crews recovered the man's body and was later taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The victim's name was not released. The investigation is ongoing.
