Car Slams Into Dump Truck With Snow Plow In Central Mass; Driver Seriously Injured A 20-year-old man was airlifted to an area hospital after his car crashed into a dump truck with a snow plow attached in Worcester County, authorities said.  The crash happened just after 9 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, on Route 2 East near mile marker 90 in Westminster, Massachusetts State Police said.  A Gardner man, 20, was behind the wheel of a 2004 Toyota Camry when it collided with a Peterbilt dump truck with an attached plow, officials said. Driver Charged After Crash Killed Woman, CT State Police Say A 63-year-old man is facing charges in a two-vehicle crash on a Connecticut highway that killed a 58-year-old woman.  Mark Herbst, of Hartford, was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 8, and charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, according to Connecticut State Police. Police said the crash happened at about 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 4 in Glastonbury.  A 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML350, driven by Herbst, struck a 2004 Toyota Camry on Route 2 Westbound near the Exit 9 on-ramp, authorities said.  Investigators found that the Mercedes-Benz traveled from the right lane into the shoulder…
