19-Year-Old Woman Accused Of Going 115 MPH In CT Charged With Reckless Driving A woman has been charged with reckless driving after being accused of driving 115 miles per hour on a busy Connecticut highway. At about 4:40 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, a Connecticut State Police trooper in Windham County assigned to Troop D in Danielson was conducting speed enforcement along I-395 southbound in the area of exit 50 in Thompson.  The trooper "observed a vehicle traveling southbound toward his location at a rate of speed clearly higher than the posted speed limit," said police. He fell in love with the big green machines and wanted to be like the men and women who drove them.  He even dressed up as a garbage man for Halloween one year.  So, it was a no-brainer when Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island offered him the chance to make a wish that he would don the high-vis vest and hard hat and climb aboard a WM truck to put in a hard day's work.
