Have you seen him? A teenager has gone missing in the region and authorities are asking the public's help in locating him. The New York State Police in Northern Westchester County are searching for Andy Salazar, age 17, from Four Winds Hospital in the Lewisboro hamlet of Cross River. He was last seen on Friday, Sept. 27 at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Route 35 by Four Winds staff. He was wearing a black hoodie and black pants. A concerned citizen has found a Connecticut 11-year-old who had been missing for more than a day. Police are asking the public for help locating a missing 17-year-old Connecticut girl who hasn't been seen in four days. New Haven County resident Halie Anderson, age 17, of Milford, was last seen by her family on Monday, July 29, according to the Milford Police.
