The New Haven County incident occurred on Wednesday, May 22 in the city of Milford. Man Charged In Westport Smash-Grab Jewelry Store Robbery A Fairfield County man has been charged in connection with a smash-and-grab robbery in which the thieves made off with an unknown quantity of jewels. On Wednesday, May 29, Westport Police arrested 30-year-old Bridgeport resident Javon Thorbourne in connection with the case on Thursday, May 9, at the Lux, Bond, and Green at 136 Main St.  According to Lt.
