Assault Arrest: Man Gropes Woman At CT Park, Police Say A 36-year-old man has been arrested after authorities said he assaulted a woman in a Connecticut park. The Windham County incident occurred on Friday, June 7 in the town of Killingly. According to Connecticut State Police, Marc Kaczor, age 36, inappropriately and sexually touched a woman as she was walking in Owen Bell Park on Town Farm Road. The woman was able to snap a picture of Kaczor, who is from Dayville, during the interaction, and he fled on foot. New Haven County resident Michael Arthur Miller, of East Haven, died around 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 5, in Oxford. Steven Bailey, age 43, of New Haven, was found dead in a Bridgeport Correctional Center cell around 7 a.m. on Sunday, May 26, according to the Connecticut State Police.
